Accessibility

We are wheelchair, mobility device, and pram accessible via ramp - the main doors open wide and the layout of the shop has been designed to accommodate.

The store is aerosol spray free but currently not completely scent free.

We do not have any background music playing.

Lighting can be modified with brighter overheads or a variety of lamps.

We are procuring a hearing loop and will update once installed.

We have a mixture of seats available of various heights including fat-friendly seating.

We have a small selection of free teas, coffee, and snacks available.

We have a staff toilet, which is currently not accessible (we hope to make it so in the future)

Our staff have a mixture of neurodivergencies and disabilities, and we will do our best to respond to and accommodate others access needs pre-visit and during. Please do get in touch if you have any suggestions!
